*The half-day option is only available for students in preschool three- and four-year-old classes. The two- and three- day option is not available in the young fives class. 

Preschool Application & Fees

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. In order for Dayton Christian Preschool to hold a seat in a class, an enrollment agreement must be returned and a payment plan via FACTS must be set up. If an enrolled student is reserving a seat for a later start date, payment will begin immediately after enrollment.  

  • Application Fee – $125
  • Enrollment Fee – 10% of annual tuition (This fee will be deducted from total annual balance.)  
  • Annual Student Commitment Fee – $200/student**
  • Late Withdrawal Fee  – 10% of gross annual tuition after March 1

Extended Learning 

For students in preschool, Dayton Christian School offers an Extended Learning program so that parents can pick up their children later in the day when necessary.  Please submit the Extended Learning Form if you would like to take advantage of this service.  Please note:  Extended Learning ends at 6 pm and all students must be picked up by this time.

Payment Options

Annual Full payment of tuition and student services fee due July 1 (2% tuition discount). An annual set-up fee of $20 will be assessed via FACTS on or before your first payment. 
Semi-Annual First half of tuition and student services fee payment due July 1 and second half of tuition and student services fees payment due December 1. An annual set-up fee of $20 will be assessed via FACTS on or before your first payment.
Monthly Choice of 10- or 11-month payment plan option with first payment starting July 1. An annual set-up fee of $50 will be assessed via FACTS on or before your first payment.

** New applicants are not charged the Annual Student Commitment Fee. It’s only applicable to current students for the upcoming year as part of our continuous enrollment process. Learn more about continuous enrollment and related deadlines and fees.
