remember to send in the proper forms if any medications are needed.
We have added an epipen form that you may download!

Does the clinic need my volunteer hours?
YES!
Volunteers-RN’s, LPN’s, paramedics, EMT needed at various times throughout the school year, also at screening times in the fall. Please call your clinic to schedule with us.
Your donations are also appreciated as we often need to restock our shelves of frequently used items such as:
- 3 - 6 oz. or 8 oz. cups
- 7-UP or Sprite-small cans preferred
- Soda crackers
- Peppermints or Spearmints
- Ziplock plastic bags of all sizes
- Digital thermometer covers
- Forehead thermometer
- Paper towels
- Antiseptic wipes
- Band-aids (non latex)
