The Case for Christian Schools
The following articles were written based on two books by Claude E. "Bud" Schindler, President Emeritus of Dayton Chrisitan School System and its first superintendent, a role he held for several decades. Those books, Educating for Eternity, the Case for Christian Schools and Still Educating for Eternity make the need for Christian education in the lives of children apparent. The basis of Christian character development is the application of the Word of God to the lives of children. This process is at the heart of Christian education and a major component of the mission of Christian schools.
