Full-time positions currently available:

  • Xenia Christian Middle/High School Principal
    Seeking an inspiring and trusted leader with a compelling vision for the future of the school. Collaborating with the elementary principal in making Xenia Christian the first choice among families within the local communities. Directing and engaging the faculty in solid curriculum choices and programs to create spiritual development, good character, and academic excellence for the students. Purposefully lead student recruitment efforts, build collegial relationships with area pastors, principals, and Christian universities. Oversee building and facility operations while creatively enhancing the school’s image and programs.

    The successful candidate will hold a Masters degree in Educational Administration, or equivalent discipline/professional experience. Serious consideration will be given to candidates who have created a thriving educational environment.

  • Pre Kindergarten Director – Dayton Christian Elementary
    Market, grow, lead, and promote the Pre Kindergarten program to ensure positive relations with parents and the community. Highly personable and energetic person that is responsible for budgets, enrollment, staff supervision, assessment and development of the children, and network with outside ministries. May be required to teach in the program until growth in enrollment is maintained. Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development is preferred. Current CPR/First Aid Certification is required.   • Elementary Teacher – Dayton Christian Elementary School
    We are currently searching for a 1st grade teacher to lead in developing our young students. This individual will work with a strong team in carrying out objectives for standards and goals for our students. Potential Candidates are requested to fill out the Employment Application.

  • Faculty Position in Mathematics - Dayton Christian High School
    Applicants should be comfortable with all levels of the high school mathematics curriculum, including Honors Algebra 2, Precalculus, and AP Calculus. Ability to differentiate all math instruction is a necessity. Potential Candidates are requested to fill out the Employment Application.

  • Chemistry/Biology – Dayton Christian High School
    We have several highly skilled students with a desire to learn at a higher level. The Chemistry/Biology teacher must provide a strong atmosphere of learning. Previous experience is required in order to challenge our students. Potential Candidates are requested to fill out the Employment Application.

  • Special Education Teacher – Dayton Christian Elementary
    Looking for a certified intervention specialist to employ those instructional aides, methods and materials for creative teaching. Needs to meet the students IEP goals with spiritual maturity and sensitivity to the student. Potential Candidates are requested to fill out the Employment Application.


Part-time positions currently available::

  • Curriculum Resource Coordinator – Homeschool – Part-Time
    The role will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Homeschool Library for excellent dissemination of supplies and materials to equip Homeschool teaching-parents. Candidate must be qualified in database records, inventory, and procurement of books and materials. Experience with Homeschool programs highly preferred. This position will be located on the Miamisburg campus. Potential Candidates are requested to fill out the Employment Application.
